Shippings & Returns
We process and ship our orders within 1-3 working days (Public Holidays are excluded).
Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday.
Shipping to Greece
Orders shipped to Greece are delivered via ELTA COURIER within 1-3 working days. The delivery might take a little longer for islands and inaccessible areas.
After your order has been processed and dispatched you will receive the tracking number with which you can track and trace the shipment through the ELTA COURIER website https://www.elta-courier.gr/search

- Free shipping for orders above 100€
- Shipping for orders under 100€ costs 3€
Information about Returns
If you wish to return a product for any reason contact us by sending an email to crossroadsfootwear@gmail.com
Returns are accepted if made 10 days from the date of receipt of the product and if the following conditions are met:
- Approval must be given via e-mail for the return.
- The product must be in the original condition received.
- The return must be accompanied by the receipt or the sales invoice.
Returns that are not priorly approved by Crossroads Footwear will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Refunds
A refund is applicable only in the case of a defective product.
